Whether new construction or revitalization of existing areas - we accompany each project from the preliminary planning to the turnkey handover and adapt our services flexibly to the respective requirements of the location.
Project description
As part of a large-scale expansion, we are supporting Change of Scandinavia in the implementation of new stores in various European cities and countries. The projects comprise sales areas of between 80 and 200 m², both in shopping centers and in city center locations.
Our services as a general contractor cover all finishing trades - from dismantling to drywall construction, floor and ceiling work, electrical installation and furniture assembly. The focus is on short construction times (3-4 weeks) and absolute adherence to deadlines.
We provide support right from the preliminary planning stage with site analyses, surveys and feasibility studies. During project preparation, we take care of scheduling, construction site organization and technical coordination. Implementation is carried out with lean project management that efficiently implements both rollout and revitalization projects.

Site evaluation and inventory to assess the structural conditions. Examination of various implementation options to ensure feasibility and budgeting.
Project preparation
Development of the construction schedule, integration of the specialist trades and organization of the construction site logistics for structured project execution.
Implementation
Complete fit-out coordination including materials management. On-time and efficient completion through to handover.
