Acoustics meets aesthetics - revitalizing a modern call center
As part of a comprehensive interior fit-out, APES redesigned a 1000 m² call center in two construction phases. The focus was on acoustic optimization, high-quality technology and on-time implementation according to the architects' design - turnkey from a single source.




Project description
APES GmbH implemented the comprehensive revitalization of a call center in Centro Oberhausen for Comvendo GmbH. The aim was to transform it into an acoustically and visually appealing office environment with functional zoning.
The construction work included demolition work, interior fittings, installation of acoustic measures such as ceiling sails and glass walls, as well as the use of sound-absorbing floor coverings.
The design and planning was carried out in collaboration with the architectural office raum.atelier - Goldemann-Sabbak and Hasiewicz Interior Architects GmbH. The project was implemented by APES GmbH as general contractor, including all finishing trades - in close coordination with specialist planners, acousticians and the client.
Interior work & dismantling
Dismantling of existing office structures and execution of drywall, painting and flooring work during ongoing operations.
Acoustics & technology
IInstallation of ceiling sails, glass walls, carpet tiles and technical infrastructure including electrical work and kitchen area - tailored to modern acoustic requirements.
General contractor service
Implementation in two construction phases of 5 weeks each with complete coordination of all finishing trades by APES GmbH.
