Frittz - City Gallery Dresden

Efficient conversion for a strong brand identity

Conversion of an existing catering area to the new Frittz CI.
Dismantling, adaptation and expansion - economically planned, precisely realized.

Project description

In the heart of the Stadtgalerie Dresden, a 70 m² restaurant space was completely converted to the new corporate design of the "Frittz" system gastronomy concept within just three weeks. The aim was to revitalize the space economically while retaining key existing structures - without compromising on quality and brand impact.

The deconstruction was only carried out to the extent necessary in order to optimize costs. At the same time, central elements such as the counter area were upgraded with new wood paneling, flooring, wallpaper and wall tattoos. The technology and furnishings (including newly upholstered seating areas) were also adapted to the corporate specifications.
APES GmbH took on the execution as a general contractor with full management of the trades - from tiling and drywall construction to electrical adaptations and final kitchen technology integration. The project was characterized by tight timing, technical precision and clear budget management.
