Project description
On behalf of the Maje brand, an existing retail space on Düsseldorf's Königsallee was completely redesigned. The aim was to implement a high-quality store design in a very small space, combined with a technically sophisticated interior fit-out - without interrupting operations in a central city location.
The scope of services included the demolition of the previous tenant structure, structural adjustments to the new use, the modernization of the façade and the complete technical fit-out (electrical, air conditioning/ventilation, sanitary). The international design concept was implemented while taking into account local construction specifications.
