On behalf of V & I Management GmbH & Co. KG, we carried out the comprehensive revitalization of an office space in Düsseldorf's Hafenmeile - just in time for a planned change of tenant. The aim was to create a contemporary workspace with a new technical infrastructure.
Our services included the demolition, the reorganization of the space geometry and the modernization of the sanitary areas. Particular attention was paid to the new air conditioning concept, which meets the highest technical and design requirements.
