Project description
In 2021, APES GmbH completed the interior fit-out of the new Vinothek Heinrichshof on the Moselle. Based on the design by K_Plus Konzept, a comprehensive revitalization of existing office space was carried out - with a focus on precision craftsmanship, high-quality materials and aesthetic stringency.
The project included the complete dismantling of the existing interior structure as well as the professional execution of all finishing work: drywall construction, electrical engineering, painting and flooring with high-quality tiles. The structural implementation was carried out in close coordination with the design office - with the aim of creating a functional and at the same time atmospherically harmonious presentation area in the existing building.
The result is a modern vinotheque with a clear design language, local references and a high quality of stay - a place with atmosphere and character.
Design realization

Interior fittings
Deconstruction and reconstruction of the area including drywall, electrical, painting and tiling work.
Sensitive revitalization
