Refurbished substance. New use.
Extensive refurbishment of a 3-storey residential building with 180 m². The result is three independent apartments - individual, atmospheric, full of character.
Project description
We were commissioned by kplus konzept GmbH to renovate a historic residential building in Zeltingen-Rachtig. The aim was to preserve the existing building fabric and at the same time create high-quality new living space with character.
The work included drywall construction, painting, bathroom fittings including tiling, as well as laying parquet and tiles. Due to the old beamed ceilings, there was a particular need for renovation - these were extensively stabilized. The attic was insulated and opened up as additional living space. The historic timber construction was visibly preserved and integrated into the overall design concept.
In just 8 weeks, three individual apartments with contemporary furnishings were created - realized with the highest standards of design and craftsmanship.

Structural strengthening of the old beamed ceilings, conversion of the attic.
Living with character
Preservation of the timber construction as a visible design element - each apartment with its own style.
