Opis projektu<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

W 2021 r. firma APES GmbH zrealizowa\u0142a wyko\u0144czenie wn\u0119trz nowej Vinothek Heinrichshof nad Mozel\u0105. W oparciu o projekt K_Plus Konzept przeprowadzono kompleksow\u0105 rewitalizacj\u0119 istniej\u0105cej powierzchni biurowej - z naciskiem na precyzyjne wykonanie, wysokiej jako\u015bci materia\u0142y i surowo\u015b\u0107 estetyczn\u0105.

Projekt obejmowa\u0142 ca\u0142kowity demonta\u017c istniej\u0105cej konstrukcji wewn\u0119trznej, a tak\u017ce profesjonalne wykonanie wszystkich prac wyko\u0144czeniowych: suchej zabudowy, elektryki, prac malarskich i posadzek z wysokiej jako\u015bci p\u0142ytek. Realizacja strukturalna zosta\u0142a przeprowadzona w \u015bcis\u0142ej koordynacji z biurem projektowym - w celu stworzenia funkcjonalnej i jednocze\u015bnie harmonijnej atmosferycznie przestrzeni prezentacyjnej w istniej\u0105cym budynku.

Rezultatem jest nowoczesna winiarnia z wyra\u017anym j\u0119zykiem projektowania, lokalnymi odniesieniami i wysok\u0105 jako\u015bci\u0105 pobytu - miejsce z atmosfer\u0105 i charakterem.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
